General Policies:

A deposit equal to 10% of your total stay is required to confirm a reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided. The balance will be charged 14 days prior to check-in. Please note that if you book your stay 14 or fewer days before your check-in date, the full 100% cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.

*If cc payment is invalid or declined, reservation may be automatically canceled.

All booking rates are due to state and local taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Guests are responsible for any damages to the unit, furnishings, appliances or any other Tammah property during their stay.

Smoking is not permitted in units or anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars and e-cigarettes.

Occupancy for each accommodation type is provided in the description.

In the rare event that Tammah inventory cannot accommodate your reservation, all money received will be refunded or your accommodations will be upgraded as available. Taxes and fees are subject to change and additional amounts may be due upon checkout.

Safety and Security:

Tammah is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We encourage guests to store all valuable items inside their locked vehicle throughout their stay.

No smoking of any kind is allowed on site. While guests are not permitted to build their own campfires, we do have a nightly campfire from 7-9pm – complete with great company and free s’mores. πŸ™‚

Pets

Pets are welcome! We charge a flat pet fee per visit. While we are excited to meet your furry friends, we do ask that aggressive or disruptive dogs be left at home. All dogs must be on a leash while on the property, and owner is responsible for cleanup.

WiFi

Free WiFi is available at the Welcome Center. At our Jackson Hole location, each dome has free WiFi. At our Yellowstone location, remote WiFi hubs are available to rent for $15 per night on a first come, first serve basis. Download maps, discover local attractions, and find the perfect restaurant, but we dare you not to open that email πŸ˜‰

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason, please rest assured that booking deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of the full booking amount.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted due to cold or inclement weather conditions unless Tammah deems such conditions would make your stay with us unsafe. You acknowledge that Tammah reserves the right to cancel your stay at any time, including once you are checked in, due to dangerous weather, or other conditions, solely at our discretion.

In making a reservation with Tammah, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the above policies.

Worry-Free Booking Policy

If your request to cancel your booking is more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, please refer back to our standard Cancellation Policy.

Worry-Free Booking Cancellation Instructions:

If you have selected the Worry-Free Booking option and your cancellation request is within 14 days or less of your arrival date you will need to submit your refund and cancellation request through the link found on the bottom of your confirmation email. Click on the “apply for your refund using the form here” link and enter your reference number found on the bottom of your confirmation email.
