Tammah Jackson Hole
Fish the world-class headwaters of the Snake River. Take a bike ride through the base of the Tetons. Day trip into the interior of Grand Teton National Park. There is endless adventure all within a close distance of your private Tammah Jackson Hole Geo-Dome. In order to ensure that you're prepared for your time in the mountains, you’ll need the right gear. Below is a list of helpful items you’ll want to bring with you to fill your stay with the right kind of memories.
Let the adventure begin! Jackson Hole experiences a true four-seasons and outdoor enthusiasts and Tammah guests should be prepared to make the most of their time no matter what time of year. Mid-Summer months in Jackson Hole can be rather perfect. High temperatures typically peak in the high 80’s with it cooling down to the low 60’s at night (F). In the Winter, things definitely shift quite a bit. Jackson Hole see’s some of the highest average snow fall accumulations in the country. High temperatures in Mid-Winter can be in the single digits, with low temperatures at night being in the -20’s to -30’s (F).
On a good year, Jackson Hole receives frequent precipitation. Some rain, some snow, and some of both at the same time. We recommend all of our guests travel with a waterproof layer no matter what season – it’s better to have it when you don’t need it rather than not have it when you do need it.
Do note – there are several local outdoor clothing and gear stores nearby that would be happy to outfit you in appropriate gear if you forgot something at home.
At night you’ll certainly want to have the right layers regardless of the season – it’s not unheard of for temperatures to reach freezing temps even in the peak of summer. It’s a good thing you’ve got the warmth of a community fire, the cover of a unique and spacious geodome, and coziness of premium bedding each and every night of your stay at Tammah – Jackson Hole.

Day pack or small backpack
Make sure it has enough capacity for extra clothes, and everything else below.
Taking a swim in Jenny Lake? Floating down the Snake River? Taking a dip in a Hot Spring nearby? We highly recommend it! However, we do ask that you bring your own personal towel for out-of-camp water adventures.
