Do you have WiFi?

Yes, WiFi is available in common areas as well as in each of our domes.

Are there power outlets in domes?

Yes, each unit has outlets to plug in your laptop or other device.

Is the geodome heated?

Yes, each insulated dome has heating and cooling to keep guests comfortable.

Is there a private restroom in my geodome?

Yes, each geodome has its own private bathroom with a flushing toilet and heated shower.

What food options are available? And what about coffee?

A delicious, hot, American-style breakfast is available on site each morning from 7-9am. We also offer grab-and-go snacks at our welcome center. Many fantastic lunch/dinner options are available nearby in Teton Village (3 min drive) or Jackson (15 min drive).

We serve hot coffee every morning from 7am to 10am to make sure you’re able to make the most of your day!

Do I need to bring anything in particular?

Nothing beyond what you would normally bring when staying at any hotel/motel. We provide all of the overnight essentials (clean linens, towels, soaps/shampoo, etc.)

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, bring your furry friends (just no disruptive or aggressive dogs). Dogs must be on a leash while inside the park. We charge a $50 fee per pet per stay.

Do you offer housekeeping?

Yes, upon request. Please let one of our team members at the welcome center know by 11am for same-day service.

Is there on-site staff available to provide help?

Our friendly staff is ready and willing to guide you to the best trails, rentals, local attractions, or answer any questions you might have.

What activities are available on site?

Nightly s’mores, star gazing with provided telescopes, field games (bocce ball, horseshoes, corn hole, etc.). We also rent bicycles and e-bikes from April-October.

Is a deposit required to create a reservation? When will I be charged for my reservation?

A deposit equal to 10% of your total stay is required to confirm a reservation and will be charged to the credit card provided. The balance will be charged 14 days prior to check-in. Please note that if you book your stay 14 or fewer days before your check-in date, the full 100% cost of your stay will be charged at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel for any reason, please rest assured that booking deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of the full booking amount.

Cancellations and refunds are not permitted due to cold or inclement weather conditions unless Tammah deems such conditions would make your stay with us unsafe. You acknowledge that Tammah reserves the right to cancel your stay at any time, including once you are checked in, due to dangerous weather, or other conditions, solely at our discretion.

Do you have WiFi?

There is WIFI at the welcome center. Additionally, we have a limited number of mobile hotspots which can be rented for $15 per night. Availability of hotspots is on a first come first serve basis.

What is provided to guests?

Clean linens, pillows, towels, access to all facilities, firepit + complimentary s’mores each evening, coffee each morning, amazing views, cool staff members who are fun to be with. And lots more 🙂

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00pm on the afternoon of arrival. If you will be arriving after 9:30pm, please reach out to our staff so that we can ensure to get you all set for a contactless check-in.

Check-out ends at 10am on the day of departure.

 

Are there power outlets in the tents?

There are not traditional 2 or 3 prong power outlets in the units. However, we do provide USB power banks for charging your mobile devices.

What food options are there? And what about coffee?

There are grab-and-go snack options at the welcome center, as well as plenty of options a few minutes away in Island Park and West Yellowstone. We also have a communal kitchen area with stoves, pots/pans/dishes, a grill, and other cooking conveniences for you if you’d like to bring your own ingredients.

What do I need to bring if I'm staying overnight?

Mainly yourself and your sense of adventure! There is a prime fishing river nearby, so bring a license if you plan to fish. There are also excellent hiking, biking, ATV, and rafting options nearby. The property is surrounded by National Forest and BLM land (not to mention the nearby National Park), providing an expansive outdoor paradise.

What family-friendly activities are on site?

S’mores, star gazing, 3-hole disc golf course and field games (bocce ball, horseshoes, corn hole, etc.). In addition, just a short distance away there is world-class fly-fishing, ATV trails, hiking, biking, and lots of great restaurants to enjoy.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, bring your furry friends (just no disruptive or aggressive dogs). Dogs must be on a leash while inside the park. We charge a $25 fee per pet per stay.

What is the bathroom situation?

We believe in fresh, modern, and CLEAN bathrooms. We are off-grid, but offer a community showerhouse / restroom. The showerhouse is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day. The toilets flush and the showers are heated.

How cold does it get at night?

Even during the summer, Island Park can get down to freezing temperatures (32 F/0 C). Our linens are nice and warm, but if you’d like to make your tent a bit more cozy, there is also a propane heater in each tent and you can rent a 15lb propane tank from the Welcome Center for $15/night.

Are there bears in the area?

Here in the mountains of Eastern Idaho, there are black bears and grizzly bears. For your safety, we provide bear boxes for any food or scented items (toothpaste, deodorant) that will not be remaining in your car. Absolutely no food or scented items are allowed in tents at any time. We also provide complimentary bear spray rental to help our guests to feel more comfortable sleeping with some extra protection.
